For Valentines Day, I tried making my first Lagkage, which is the Danes birthday cake. I know some things I could improve next time, but I thought it was a decent first effort.
Don and I heart attacked the boys room. They loved it. They told me they want to leave the hearts up and take them with us when we move to the states and put them up in their room there. Amazing how kids love such simple things.
Soren has loved playing playdough lately. He pushes and squeezes it, imitating his brothers. It is the cutest thing.
