5 Things

This is my first tag I've done. Here it goes:

5 Things I was doing 5 years ago:
1. Falling in love and changing my name to Bennion...best decision I have ever made.
2. Competing in BYU Singer's Competition, aka BYU Idol
3. Going on my first and hopefully not only trip to Hawaii with Don
4. Recieved my first calling in Young Women's at church. I love working with the Young Women.
5. Being pregnant with my first baby

5 Things on my to do list for today:
1. Get a birthday present for Markus from the kids' playgroup
2. Spend time outdoors
3. Watch American Idol and do our Neuschwanstein castle puzzle with Don
4. Wash the boy's carseat covers...after a 9 day road trip, they need it, believe me.
5. Play with my kids

5 things I would do with a million dollars:
1. Buy a house (for when we move back to the US)
2. Buy a car (for when we move back to the US)
3. Get some really nice Danish design servingware/decorations
4. Buy a beach house so I can have beach vacations the rest of my life. After a great beachhouse vacation last year, this is something I know I would really love!
5. Go to chef school...although, I would need more time in my days to do that one...

4. Tokyo (ok it was only 5 weeks, but we had an apartment, it wasn't a hotel!)

1. Voice Teacher
2. Paper Pusher at Discount Cell
3. Front office assistant at my dad's orthodontic office
4. Piano Teacher
5.Waitress at the best restaurant in AZ, Crackers and Co. Cafe

5 things I want to be doing in five years:
1. Helping in my kid's classrooms
2. Watching Burke get baptized by Don
3. Be a better wife and mother than I am today--I always want to keep improving!
4. Play the organ better. I only play a little, and really want to take lessons sometime
5. running a half marathon

hope you guys are doing great, can't wait to catch up! i fly to seattle today and then as soon as we get back we're going to AZ, so we'll set it up when we get back!

Isn't it just crazy how fast the time goes? Steve and I will have been married five years in June. In many ways it seems like we've always been together, yet it has flown by.

I too like to think about where me and my family will be five years from now.
