We had macaroni and cheese the other day for lunch. William was still eating his when I went out of the room to do something. When I came back in, he said to me, "Mom, look what I can do with my nose." He really thought it was something special! Nice one, Will. Then of course I made him re-do it so I could take a picture. :)
William has some dry skin/exema patches on his chin right now. So yesterday he was kind of touching it and he said to me, “Mom, I have some to tickle Soren. I have some, just like Daddy.” He thought he was growing whiskers!
William is the best helper. When I go shopping with all three kids, I totally rely on William's help. I have no room left in the cart after Soren's carseat is in there, and Burke sitting in the seat of the cart, so at one grocery store they have mini carts that William pushes around for me while I load it up. At the other store they have little baskets with wheels, which William always pulls for me. The rest, I stuff into the cracks of my big cart. I really couldn't do it without William, though! One day I loaded it up too heavy for him and it fell over two times in the store. He was so frustrated, understandably. I thought, wow he is still so little, only three years old, but he's the oldest of three children, so he seems older than he actually is. I have to remember that, but still, he is so good. He often replies, "Sure, sure, sure!" when I ask him to go get something for me. This kid is amazing and I really love him!
Oh, and he has THE best laugh ever.

Thank you for posting. I just love to see William and hear that adorable laugh and to think of what a truly dear little person he is. I do marvel at what a perfect oldest child he is becoming. So ready to help and do his part. Love, love love William!
We thoroughly enjoyed that video. I'll have to show my kids that when they wake up! We love you William!
I love you, William!! He is such a sweetheart--has been from day one. xoxo
oh what a sweetie he is! we can't wait to see him in person, he looks like he is growing in to quite the little man!
What a Cutie, love that William;)
He sounds like his dad.
How can you not laugh back?!?
I love my little boys (especially now that they are sleeping!), oh, how they would love to play with your boys.
What a precious post! Will is such a sweet kid. I almost didn't recognize him in the video. My first thought was, "Is this one of Will's friends?":) His laugh really is contagious and wonderful. Thanks for sharing.
What a cute boy! I love hearing his laugh. I think a lot about what it's like to be the oldest in a busy family. It's definitely true that we rely on them a ton and forget how young they really are! Having younger siblings really ages these sweet little people, doesn't it? What a nice post for a really good boy.
I remember coming to Denmark and will pulling my red carry on all over the airport. He is such a cute kid.
