Fairy Bread

I went to a fireside the other night, and this was served for dessert. It's very common in Australia, though mostly for children's parties I think. It is white bread cut into triangles or other shapes, spread with butter, and covered with "hundreds and thousands" (their name for sprinkles). So, next time you need an easy dessert, or have a fairy themed birthday party, you know what to do!
