The kangaroos were being lame...all of them were laying down. Did you know kangaroo and crocodile meat is somewhat mainstream here? Not that everyone eats it alot, but you can find it any grocery store or on any restaurant menu.
Two cute koalas with their babies...koalas, which are not bears I found out, sleep something like 22 hours a day.

Burke still couldn't quite wake up, even after walking up the stairs to our place.

these pics are fantastic! the one of soren feeding william looks like william from three years ago feeding current william--it's crazy! great post. i love the pic of burke on the floor. these kids are adorable.

Thank you...thank you for being such a good poster of pictures! I look everyday because I just love to see what you are doing and I love to see the adorable faces of Will, Burke and Soren. The picture of Burke was priceless...it made me think of Don who I would often wake from the couch at the end of a TV show and find him draped over the stairs on the way up to bed...not quite able to make it to the bedroom without another wake up call. Mind you...the TV show had ended at 9 pm...Don was out by 8:30 on many a night!!!
What a way cool zoo!! Your kids are going to know such a variety of animals. That looks like a great day - I love them all sleeping in the car, what a great feeling after a full day.
How great!!! You are such a fun mom. I can't believe how grown up your boys are. Isn't Burke supposed to be a baby still? I love the sleeping car picture.
What an adventure. You always seek out and find fun things to do with your kids. I think that's not always easy-to pack them up and go somewhere, but what memories they will have. You are a great mom!
